Novastella Consulting was founded by Zhengle(Eric) Wei, a visionary entrepreneur and cross-border strategist with deep expertise in business innovation and brand development across China and the United States.

Before establishing Novastella, Mr. Wei founded Zhengle Tech in China, a pioneering company in digital marketing and commercial IP incubation. Under his leadership, Zhengle Tech successfully built multiple well-known Chinese business IPs, achieving annual transaction volumes exceeding RMB 100 million.

Expanding to the United States, Mr. Wei invested in Sona Media, now recognized as the most successful commercial IP incubation firm in the U.S. East Coast. Sona Media has helped create and scale multiple influential local brands in industries such as education, real estate, mortgage, law, insurance, and auto dealerships — bringing data-driven growth to traditional businesses.

Building upon these achievements, Mr. Wei founded Novastella Consulting, offering an integrated advisory platform for education, immigration, and wealth planning, dedicated to helping international families and entrepreneurs navigate their U.S. journey with clarity and confidence.

Mr. Wei is also an investor in Homix, one of New York’s largest digital marketing–driven real estate brokerage firms.

Today, Novastella continues to grow as a strategic bridge between Asia and the United States, empowering clients to achieve sustainable success through intelligent planning and long-term vision.
